Robby has a history of choosing the wrong birthday presents for Miley. In order to nip it in the bud this year, Lilly and Miley work up an elaborate plan in which Lilly goes shopping with Robby while Miley poses as a mannequin so that she can point out what she wants. The plan backfires when Robby goes back and exchanges what he bought and Miley is forced to wear it at her surprise party. Jackson is responsible for getting Miley's cake to the party.
